All about george's ...
George's was born from a great love of good food and with the belief that things can always be done better. George's is the brain child of non other than George Nicola himself.
George spent many years watching his parents work hard in their own fish and chip shops back in the 80's. After seeing how hard and the amount of hours needed to run a successful fish shop, George chose a different route in his early career. Which took him into managing bars, clubs and restaurants, eventually moving into consultancy for some of the top establishments in London. After years of running other peoples successful bars, clubs and restaurants, ranging from the sunny shores of Larnaca and Ayia Napa, Cyprus to the West End of London, George decided it was time to build his own success story.
George doesn't do things in halves, his goals are always set high and he always aims to be the best in what ever he does. "Being a perfectionist has it's problems, but we have to strive always for the very best" says George.
